Charting a Different Course.
It started literally in a mail room. Twenty plus years ago, my first full time job asked me to build one, and I ended up running distribution. That's been the shape of the work ever since: a function, product, team, (or company) doesn't exist yet, and someone needs it built.
The ask has always been the same: figure it out. So I did, literally from the mailroom, to Medtronic, at Osso VR as employee six, with the attraction company I co-founded, to every client I've taken since founding this practice in 2016.
You don't need a report telling you what's broken. You need someone who has built the thing before, in the seat, until it works. So you can do what you do best.
For ten years it ran alongside everything else. Now it's my whole focus, and the person you talk to is the person in the trenches. I can't wait to meet you.
